Chalky
Chalky is a “80s style pen-plotter on wheels” using spray-paint or paintbrushes instead of pens. The project was initiated by Daan Brinkmann who developed, designed and built the machine together with RenĂ© Bakker. I then joined the team, taking care of the software and firmware programming.
Chalky is an evolving project and we have shown the machine and plotted the sidewalks or streets of different cities in the Netherlands and Europe. See Chalky’s website for more images and updates on its future destinations.
